GERMAN LACE PORCELAIN GROUP BY MULLER VOLKSTEDT
A German hand-painted porcelain group with lace decor and gilt accents by Muller Volkstedt. The group represents a wedding procession. Crowned hallmark MV and inscription Germany Dresden Dec. 8 are on the bottom. Muller Volkstedt was a porcelain manufacture established 1907 in Thuringia. It moved to Ireland in 1962 and since then is more often referred to as Irish Dresden. Therefore this lot dates back to the first half of the 20th century.
