Lengthy letter by the great Gaon Rabbi David Yuda Zilberstein Av Beis Din of Vietzen to the Tomchei Torah organization of the USA.
In his letter that was sent the director of the Tomchei Torah Organization, the Tzaddik Rabbi Avraham Friedman, he thanks them for their donations to the Veitzen Yeshiva & informs him that they are currently finishing building a large dormitory (called 'Internat' in those days).

The Holy Gaon Rabbi David Yehuda Zilberstein, the son of the Gaon of Vietzen (Vac) Maran the Ma'asai LaMelech, a disciple of the Geonim Rabbi Shaul Brach and Rabbi Mordechai Leib Winkler the Levushei Mordechai. In 1905, he published the Sefer Yad David, which received enthusiastic approbations by Gedolei Hador . In 1915, he became a Rav in Alistal. In 1928, he served as Dayan in Vietzen, alongside his father who passed away in 1930. He then succeeded him as the Rav of Vietzen.
