Zoe (Blinsky) Saber is a Ukrainian-Israeli Jewish painter who graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem.
Saber is a member of the Israeli Association of Plastic Artists, the Israeli Association of Architects and the Merhav Association for Urban Renewal.
