Chinese Famille Rose Plate w/ Qianlong Mark
Chinese Famille Rose porcelain plate w/ design of people & a horse in a patio & outdoor scene. There are botanical & bird motifs around the border. The double ring & 6-character kaishu regular script seal mark of Qianlong (Qing Dynasty 1736-1795) is present on the bottom, indicating that this piece was at least modeled after plates made during that time period. Plate is approx. 10.25" in diameter.
