Inuit Inupiat Yupik Fish Decoy Lures (3)
Group of 3 very early fossilized walrus bone decoy lures (possibly old Bering Sea). These artifacts were excavated by Native Americans at Savoonga on St. Lawrence Island, Alaska. All are hand-carved. These decoys are becoming more scarce each year on Savoonga. Lures measure approx. 2.25", 2.5", & 3.5" long respectively.
