This ring should be certified as "Cruise-Worthy"!  What a looker!  The ring is cast in sterling silver with a 14 karat yellow gold overlay and features an approximate 21.00 carat round, cabochon, genuine, certified natural, star ruby that is claw-set in an enormous "skirt", aka triple halo, constructed with 3.90 carats of round, fully faceted, genuine white sapphires. The ring measures approximately   " wide at the top of the finger, and balance is assisted by the lovely lattice under gallery that supports the scrolling side gallery and gemstones.  The split shoulders taper to a durable ring shank.  The ring is US size 8.5.  No sizing options are not offered on this ring, but a professional jeweler with the equipment necessary to work on vermeil in your area should be able to adjust the size.
