Gokase Mio's hanging scroll "Tiger Painting".
It had never been officially authenticated, so I began to worry about its authenticity. So I asked three well-known antique dealers in Kyoto and Tokyo to authenticate it, and they determined it to be a genuine piece. I looked it up and found out that this Red Stone Creation is also in the collection of the Sunpu Art Museum. I considered keeping it as a memento of my late father, but since I don't have a niche in my house to hang the scroll, I thought my father would be happier if I gave it to someone who would cherish it and look at it every day, so I decided to give it up. The mounting of this hanging scroll is old, and as an amateur, I was not able to take a good photo, but I am sure that this is the best tiger painting in Japan
