A FRENCH NAVY ANXIII CONVERSION PERCUSSION PISTOL, 19TH CEN.
A French Navy Modele An XIII pistol, converted from flintlock to percussion in the first half of the 19th century. There are various marks across the pistol, including the model number, a small anchor on the pommel, a letter N with a star to the lockplate, and a large variety at the breech of the barrel, all pictured.
