A PAIR OF MEISSEN PORCELAIN CUPID FIGURINES, GERMANY, 19TH CEN.
A pair of Meissen porcelain figurines depicting playful cupids in classical style, one holding a heart and inspecting his fingers, the other making a rude gesture with his hand to his face. Both pieces are marked underneath with the Meissen marks as well as incised marks 'M101' and 'M103'.
