A controversial figure who opposed to legal reforms and defended serfdom and corporal punishments. A.L.S., C.V. Panin, two pages, 8vo, Bath, 1st of November, n.y., to Monsieur d´Adelung, in French. Panin asks for his correspondent´s help to send a large parcel which has been badly packed.
