Set with a button-shaped clam pearl, flanked on each side by collet-set brilliant-cut diamonds, to the fluted plain hoop; and a pair of ear pendants en suite, both mounted in 18K white gold, largest clam pearl measuring approximately 17.15 mm, ear pendants length 4.90 cm, ring size 6 (3)
