APULIAN RED-FIGURE STEMLESS KYLIX

Very nice stemless kylix decorated only in the inner surface, with a beautiful winged Eros. The figure is seated on a drapery and holds a phiale and a wreath. Near him, an amphora. Stylized vegetal motives and a wavy band complete and enrich the decoration. Restored. Provenance: Property of a gentleman; acquired on the European art market between 1980s and 1990s.
