SILVER LAMP HOLDER.
By FABERGÉ, St. Petersburg, 1899-1908.
Of rectangular form, rounded at the ends and bordered with a finely chased frieze of water leaves and set in the center with an antique coin dated 1784 decorated with a profile of Empress Catherine II, standing on four flattened ball feet. Time wear, but good condition.

Master goldsmith's mark: A. H.: Auguste Hollming (1854-1913).
