The illegitimate son of Count L.K. Razumovsky. Member of the Patriotic War of 1812 and the campaigns of 1813-1814. 1818-1820 - in the Cavalry Regiment. In 1820-1828 he served in the Moscow Archives of the Collegium of Foreign Affairs. Amateur artist.
