This is a very rare Moroccan lamp of exceptional quality.
The name Eliyaou Gozlan appears on the hanukia. Two large lions hold the tables of the law, decorated with three stars of David and finely cut vegetal decorations. This lamp was certainly a special order for a very wealthy family, the silversmith having used much more material than is usually seen in Moroccan silver Hanukkah lamps.
