Set to the center with an octagonal step-cut color-change sapphire weighing 4.38 carats, flanked by brilliant-cut diamond trefoils, within the tapered baguette-cut diamond border, to the plain hoop, mounted in 18K white gold, diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 carats in total, ring size 6½
Accompanied by a gemological report, stating that the 4.38 carat natural color-change sapphire is blue color, originates from Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and has no indications of heating/treatment, report no. 3010-3455, dated 2nd June 2016
