Set to the center with two pear-shaped diamonds weighing 3.02 and 2.03 carats respectively, each within the undulating brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the bifurcated three-quarter-hoop, mounted in platinum, ring size 6¼
Accompanied by a copy of report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 3.02 carat diamond is F color and VS1 clarity, report no. 2105591006, dated 22nd January 2014
Accompanied by a copy of report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 2.03 carat diamond is D color and Internatally Flawless clarity, accompanied by a copy of supplemental letter that the diamond has been determined to be Type IIa, report no. 2166020793, dated 5th December 2013
Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Type IIa diamonds were first identified as originating from India (particularly from the Golconda region) but have since been recovered in all major diamond-producing regions of the world.
