'Belle Époque' breast brooch with old cut diamonds, 'old cushion' and rose in 18K yellow gold setting and platinum view. Year '20.
Features larger 'old cushion' diamond of approx. 1.50 ct set in double chaton, with floral motifs and openwork with rose-cut diamonds and five falls 'en pampillé' with old-cut diamond finishes.
