Provenance :
Prince Narishkin Kirill Vasilievich (1877 – 1950). Collegiate assessor, master of ceremonies, diplomat, collector and bibliophile. Last first Secretary of the Russian Embassy in Paris (1910- 1917). A treasure of an exceptional value (more than 2000 pieces of silverware) was recently discovered in his house in St. Petersburg during renovation works. They were immured in one of the rooms of the mansion during the revolution of 1917.
