Carved and red-glazed porcelain bowl, Qing dynasty.
Seal on the base, made in gold, 大清乾隆年制 indicates "Made in the Qianlong era of the Qing dynasty".
Porcelain carved with a repeating flower design , a geometric border on the edge and a base of lotuses, covered with a brilliant red enamel that imitates red cinnabar lacquer. The interior and the edge of the base are covered in gold, imitating a gold coating.
Height: 5.5 cm; Mouth diameter: 13.6 cm, Base diameter: 4.7 cm.
