• Rather than bringing the patient to the x-ray room, you can bring the x-ray room to the patient's bedside with this mobile solution. Patients with reduced mobility or those who require clinical assistance or who are in a wheelchair can easily be x-rayed. A large touch screen with integrated generator controls makes the technologist's work easier, allowing him or her to simply choose the exam to be performed and automatically program the generator according to the desired technique. With storage sections for everything the technologist may need during an on-site exam, the Shimadzu digital mobile x-ray system is an invaluable resource.
• Maneuvering and positioning A simple squeeze of the handle and the large wheels driven by two independent motors easily overcome typical obstacles in the establishment. Pressure-sensitive power steering simplifies operation of the Shimadzu Digital Mobile X-ray System , while minimizing the effort required on the part of the technologist. The telescopic X-ray tube arm provides additional length to simplify bedside positioning. If necessary, the technologist can easily adjust the mobile unit with the precision positioning adjustment knobs located on the x-ray tube handles.
