שאקיל (שאק) ראשון אוניל (באנגלית: Shaquille Rashaun O'Neal; נולד ב-6 במרץ 1972 בניוארק שבניו ג'רזי) הוא כדורסלן עבר אמריקאי, שיחק בעמדת הסנטר בליגת ה-NBA. אוניל נחשב לאחד מגדולי השחקנים בתולדות הכדורסל, ומדורג תשיעי ברשימת הקלעים המובילים בתולדות ה-NBA נודע בממדי גופו הגדולים במיוחד ובדומיננטיות שלו במאבקים מתחת לסל. במהלך הקריירה שיחק בין היתר באורלנדו מג'יק, לוס אנג'לס לייקרס ומיאמי היט וזכה בארבע אליפויות NBA, בנוסף לתארים אישיים רבים. באפריל 2016 הוכרז כי נבחר להיכנס להיכל התהילה של הכדורסל, והוא הוצג כחבר בו בספטמבר 2016. שאקיל קלע רק שלשה אחת בכל הקריירה שלו, ולפני שנבחר בדראפט הוא היה יכול להגיע לגובה של 3.65 מטרים בקפיצה במקום.
