Ei HaYam, novellae on the Aggadot of the Talmud, by Rabbi Yehuda Halevi Edel. Ostrog, 5595 [1835]. First edition.

The author was among the greatest preachers of his generation, a genius in Aggadic literature and Midrashim. He served as Maggid Meisharim in Slonim from 1797, and his sermons were accepted and praised by all the Torah sages of his time, including the Gaon of Vilna, who was among his close associates.

Contains important approbations at the beginning of the book.
