Rabbi Moshe (Mozes) Chaim Segal Litch-Rosenbaum (1864-1943) was the Av Beit Din of Kleinwardein (Kisvárda). He was the son of Rabbi Gershon of Pressburg, the Av Beit Din of Talia and the son-in-law of Rabbi Pinchas Chaim Klein, the Av Beit Din of Salaj. Rabbi Moshe studied under the author of Shevet Sofer, Rabbi Shaul Ehrenfeld, the Av Beit Din of Szikszó and Rabbi Eliezer Lowe, the Av Beit Din of Uhely and Ungvar. From 1888 he was Av Beit Din in Șimleu and later the rabbi of Kisvárda until his passing.
