In a publisher's illustrated cover by artist A. Rodchenko. In good condition. Minor stains, tears on the spine, cover slightly detached from the block along the spine, rare foxing. Exlibris stamp "Bor. Stal" on the title page and last page.

"Klop" is a satirical play by Vladimir Mayakovsky, written in the autumn of 1928. The work, categorized by the author as a phantasmagoric comedy, was repeatedly revised and modified after public readings and discussions. It was first published in the journal "Molodaya Gvardiya" (1929, Nos. 3 and 4).

Alexander Mikhailovich Rodchenko (1891-1956) - Russian and Soviet painter, graphic artist, poster designer, sculptor, photographer, theater, and cinema artist, correspondent. One of the founders of constructivism and a pioneer of design and advertising in the USSR.

Mayakovsky, Vladimir Vladimirovich (1893-1930) - Russian and Soviet poet, playwright, screenwriter, film director, actor, and artist. One of the most significant Russian poets of the 20th century, a classic of Soviet literature. Editor of the journals "LEF" and "Novy LEF."
